REFUND POLICY

Digital products
All EmpireTheory products are digital downloads (PDF ebooks) delivered instantly after purchase by download link and email.

By completing your purchase, you expressly request immediate access to the digital content and acknowledge that, once the download has started, you lose your right of withdrawal.

When we offer a refund
We will refund your purchase if:
- the file is corrupted, incomplete or will not open, and we cannot fix it;
- you were charged but never received access to your download;
- you were charged twice for the same product.

How to request help or a refund
Contact us within 14 days of purchase through our Contact page, including your order number and a short description of the problem. We will reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

What is not covered
Refunds are not available for change of mind after the file has been downloaded, or because results differ from your expectations. Our guides are educational and do not promise or guarantee any income.
